The Gallavant Mission

"The mission of The Gallavants is to help children understand that we are part of Nature, not separate from it.

As a species we have, through our artificial environment separated ourselves from the organic, planetary reality: Nature. Asking children to understand Nature also means encouraging them to fully experience Nature with all their senses."

The future of our planet depends on what we teach children today. Our goal is to help create within the younger generations a greater connection and respect for that which sustains us and all life on this planet. To assist the budding generations of consumers to become conscious active participants of "Green Thinking," all of our products and merchandising will be produced, using "The Seventh Generation Principle." This is a native american concept in which all decisions made are based upon how they will effect the 7th generation in the future. This means only natural, organic, nontoxic materials and ingredients will be used.

Keep your kids safe!

The Gallavants concept is an invitation to kids to go out and experience Nature with all their senses. However, this is an invitation going out over the Internet, worldwide. It is up to each child's parents and guardians to make sure the child is safe! Since each local region contains its own flora and fauna, it is of extreme importance that the child is familiarized with the possible dangers in his/her environment. We encourage all parents and guardians to take an active role in teaching the DOs and DON'Ts of their own neighbor-woods. It is not about instilling fear, but teaching a healthy respect for all that Nature entails.
